Is there a senior discount?
No, we do not offer senior discounts at this time.
Why is my first bill more than the monthly charge quoted to me?
Most likely because your delivery fee was included in your first bill. Please contact us by phone if you need additional information.
Do we provide Construction Recycle Service?

Can I set the roll-off in the street in front of my house?
Many of our service areas require permits, please inquire by phone for your area.

What time should I set my trash & recycling carts out?
We ask that trash, recycling, and yard debris be placed curbside the night before your scheduled pickup.
What is considered E-waste?
E-waste is electronic waste, like old TVs, computers, etc.

I have another company's cans. Will you service those?
Yes. However, all trash must be placed in a standard 30-gallon bin or in tied bags.
Can the charges for a roll-off at my home be added to my trash bill?
Roll-offs are all prepaid services, but we do not require you to have our trash service to use our roll-offs.

What methods of payment do you accept by phone?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover by phone. There is no additional charge to pay by phone.

No, we do not offer military discounts at this time.
Do you offer bear resistant containers?
Sorry, we do not offer bear proof containers.

How do I get my broken cart repaired/replaced?
We are not responsible for trash can lids, trash cans, or any other articles left near the curb. However, we will replace your American Disposal container if need be.
Do you sell containers?
No, we generally provide them with the service.
I have extra trash I would like to set out tomorrow. Is there a charge for that and what are the guidelines?
No, please leave the extra bags tied and next to your container.
Where should I set my trash carts?
Please place your cart within 2 feet of the curbside the night before your service day.
