Have the following items prepared:
- Customer ID
- E-mail address
- Telephone number OR street number associated with the customer account
Next, access the Online Bill Pay portal.
Once you land on this page, select the 'click here to register' link.
A form will appear that will require you to submit information related to your customer account. Make sure to fill in all fields.
After submitting your form, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. A pop-up window should also notify you that an e-mail is on its way. Some e-mail providers may take up to an hour for this e-mail to arrive in your inbox.
You must click the link within the confirmation e-mail in order to activate your account. You will not be able to login to the Online Bill Pay system until you have activated your account.
